Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Important Notice
Most of our digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Once a product key has been delivered or activated, the order cannot be cancelled.
If You Want to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email with your Order ID.
If the cancellation request is approved before key delivery or activation:
- The order will be cancelled.
- The product access will be disabled or hidden.
- Refund will be processed within 15 business days.
