Eligibility for Refund
Since we sell digital license keys and downloadable products, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The product key is invalid or cannot be activated.
- The product does not match the description.
- The issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selection by customer.
- System incompatibility not mentioned in product description.
- Activated or already-used license keys.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
