Digital Products Policy
All products sold on our website are digital products (license keys, activation codes, software subscriptions, etc.). Due to the nature of digital goods, products cannot be physically returned once delivered.
If Product Is Not Working
If your product key or digital service is not working, please contact us immediately via email with proper proof (screenshots or error message details).
Our support team will verify the issue and provide:
- Replacement key, OR
- Technical support assistance, OR
- Refund (if the issue cannot be resolved)
Refund Timeframe
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only issued if the product is proven faulty or unusable.
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases made by the customer.
- Keys that have already been successfully activated are non-refundable.
